This month we are pleased to have Georgina Siggins and Ben Fletcher from Microsoft who have graciously offered to be our guest speakers for the evening.
This month Georgina Siggins is going to take us on a journey of discovery and exploration as we dive into some of the accessibility and inclusive features built into Microsoft 365.
This will be hand-on and Georgina will be bringing Surface Pro’s along so everyone can get a sense of some of the great inclusive features available in Microsoft 365.
Then Ben Fletcher will give us a presentation Microsoft 365 and small business – a real-life walkthrough of securing a small electrician business. A recent statistic from the UK showed that 60% of small businesses that were cyber compromised were out of business within 6 months.
After experiencing firsthand, the threat to small business after a series of near-misses, this will highlight what Microsoft provides for small business, and how it was used to prevent future threats to their business.
